Women Self Defense Class

What will be taught:  This self-defense class will teach you awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable you to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. The second part of the course will teach you the physical aspect of the self-defense.  This course is for ladies ages 13 yrs old and up.

Kickboxing

Focus has always been on quality instruction and teaching solid technique and application. We pride ourselves on our level of instruction as classes are taught by our Professional & Amateur Kickboxing fighters, who are passionate about sharing their experience with you. This class is NOT cardio kickboxing class - it's an actual kickboxing where you will learn technique, strategies, movements, mindset and yes of course you will get amazing cardio exercise!    We have incorporated belt system for those that want to be ranked, from white belt to black belt, designed by founder and head coach Alan Maymo, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing(Spain) and 1st Degree Black Belt in Full Contact (France).

Whether you want to get in shape, stay fit or just have fun, we have something to offer everyone.

JuSamKibo - Jujitsu Sambo Kickboxing

This program encompasses the hand-to-hand and empty hand weapons defense components, and offers specialized self-defense seminars.

The JuSamKibo system is a complete all-body workout to build your body the “engine” to be able to defend yourself and improve your overall fitness.

The JuSamKibo  system is far from being an ordinary Martial Art; it is the wave of the future in hand-to-hand combat and street fighting methodologies. It incorporates both unarmed and armed fighting methods. One of the most important features of the JuSamKibo  system is that, unlike many traditional martial arts systems, it is continuously enhanced.
This program incorporates these core components:

Techniques of Self-Defense:

  • Defense against punches and kicks and other strikes
  • Escapes and releases from chokes, bear hugs and other grappling techniques
  • Defense against cold weapons: knives, clubs, etc.
  • Defense against hot weapons; guns, other firearms
  • Defense against multiple attackers

Hand-to-Hand Combat:

  • Various types of arm blows including all hand parts, arms and elbows
  • Various types of kicks including all foot parts with/without shoes and various knee strike tactics
  • Ground survival techniques
